The Northwood Police Department offers its residents and business owners free house and business checks while they are out of town.  Once a house/business check is submitted, either online or in person, your residence or business will be checked every day you are out of town.  An officer will check your property and if they find an issue (such as an open window/door, etc.), we will contact you and let you know.  If a dispatcher is unable to make contact with the homeowner, they will then contact the emergency contact you listed below.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Northwood Police Department at (419) 691-5053.
