What to Bring:

-State issued photo identification (ex: Driver License, State Identification Card, etc.)

 

-Be ready to provide who the fingerprints need to be sent to

 (ex: Company name, address, etc.)

 

-Provide what you will be fingerprinted for (ex: job position, etc.)
